Dominique Richards is a dancer, born 1979 in Bern (CH), currently living in Vienna (AUT). She graduated from the Experimental Academy of Dance (SEAD) in Salzburg and studied at Tisch School New York, at Tanz- und Theaterschule in Zürich and at Rubicon Dance in Cardiff.
Dominique Richards works with Choreographers like Ewa Bankowska (PL/AUT), Amanda Piña (CHI/AUT), Daniel Zimmermann (CH), Matsune & Subal (AUT), Allegra Searle-Lebel (USA) and Teresa Isabella Mayer (DE).
She also creates her own pieces like “Per & Marie” (2009, with Andrea Jenni), “Im Bann” (2007), “Mouse on Mars” (2007), “We Don’t Know Yet” (2006, with Kaja Janjic) and “Tanzpuppe” (2003).
Since 2005 she has been teaching contemporary dance, contact improvisation and ballet in Switzerland and in Austria.
